1. Choose which windows or doors you would like to order (see full range)
2. Email us your opening measurements or drawings using our Get a Quick Quote form
3. Where a like-for-like unit is required, attach photos so we can match this
4. We aim to come back with a quotation within just 24 hours
5. Confirm your order with a 50% deposit once you receive our invoice
6. A site survey may be necessary in some circumstances
7. Production drawings will be emailed one day from survey for your confirmation
8. Delivery can be expected within 6 to 8 weeks of payment (rapid delivery of within 4 weeks is possible on some orders, so do ask if your order is more urgent)
